Jilin issues 18 measures to boost cultural, tourism markets

Northeast China's Jilin province recently rolled out 18 measures designed to speed up the resumption of local cultural and tourism businesses and stimulate the overall recovery of its cultural and tourism markets, according to local media reports.

In terms of reducing their financial burdens and costs, Jilin will continue to implement its policy of reducing unemployment insurance and work-related injury insurance rates in stages.

It will expand the proportion of temporary refunds of tourism service quality deposits, extend the network leasing period for internet access business premises and implement an inclusive policy for the service industry that has been introduced. 

In terms of supporting enterprises and enterprises, Jilin will increase incentives and subsidies for cultural and tourism enterprises, promote the construction of cultural tourism projects and support the development of rural tourism.

Furthermore, the province will support the development of talent teams in cultural and tourism enterprises, to stimulate the vitality of the cultural and tourism sector.

It is also deemed necessary to promote the implementation of financial assistance policies for enterprises and improve the effectiveness of financial support for the overall cultural and tourism industry.

Jilin plans to further unleash the development potential of the cultural tourism market, promote and standardize the development of new formats in the cultural market and actively help enterprises to expand their publicity and promotions.
