Changchun Haoyue Halal Meat Industry Co Ltd (Haoyue Group), in Jilin province, is a private joint-stock enterprise active in beef cattle slaughtering and deep processing. It is one of the first national-level key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization and a key pillar enterprise in the agricultural product processing industry of Jilin province.

Founded in August 1998 and officially put into operation in January 2000, Haoyue Group now has 5,500 employees. It has cooperated with major beef cattle producers in China to build six beef cattle production bases in Northeast China, Central China and Southwest China.

The production bases develop operation modes for modernization of the beef cattle whole industry chain, and prioritize development of livestock breeding, feed processing, food processing, big health, leather making and organic fertilizer. They have also boosted the concentrated development of related upstream and downstream industries such as raw material supply, packing service, food inspection, warehousing and transportation, vocational education and sightseeing tours.

The group regards product quality as the lifeblood of its business, and adheres to the whole-process quality control of "from farm to dining table" with a focus on beef breeding, cattle food, quarantining and production and processing, as well as cold-chain transportation.

Haoyue Group was the first Chinese enterprise in the beef cattle industry to obtain HACCP international food safety system certification, and has also obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and ISO22000 food safety management system certification. It is internationally qualified to export food products to Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Malaysia and Russia.

By virtue of its product quality and brand impact, Haoyue Group has developed an ever-expanding marketing network with a market based in Northeast China and particularly the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta region, as well as a Middle East market with the UAE at the core, a Southeast Asian market with Malaysia at the core and an Eastern European market centered on Russia. The group's products have been exported to 23 countries and regions
